This website is operated by Piece & Palette. By visiting our site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping. We may change prices and product details at any time without notice. Product photos are for illustration; the puzzle is supplied uncolored, and the colored photos show what your finished piece can look like.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is listed at an incorrect price or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

Accuracy of information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate, but we do not warrant that the content of this site is error-free.

Intellectual property

The illustrations, photos, text and logos on this site and in our kits belong to Piece & Palette and may not be reproduced without our written permission. You are of course free to color, display, photograph and share your own finished puzzle.

Safety

Our kits are designed for adults and teenagers. Children from about 7 can take part with an adult. The markers are water-based; keep caps on when not in use and keep small pieces away from children under 3.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Piece & Palette is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
