Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to every country we ship to. There are no shipping fees at checkout.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days depending on your location. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and, where needed, send a replacement.

Damaged or incomplete parcels

Every puzzle is counted before it ships. If a piece, a marker or the frame arrives missing or damaged, send us a photo and your order number and we ship the replacement at once, free of charge.

Customs and duties

For most destinations duties are included or not applicable. If a customs charge is requested on delivery, contact us before paying it and we will sort it out with you.
