30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your kit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The kit must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to return

Email hello@pieceandpalette.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We send you the return instructions within one business day. Once the kit arrives back with us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Missing, damaged or defective items

If anything is missing or damaged on arrival, you do not need to return it. Send us a photo and your order number and we ship the replacement free of charge. If a marker arrives dried out, we replace the set.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships. After it ships, the 30-day return applies.

Gifts

If the kit was a gift, the recipient can return it under the same terms. The refund goes to the original payment method.
